The Fuller Collective

Formats

Engage your way.

Six ways in, shaped around what you actually need. Most start with an assessment. Whichever you choose, Doug leads it himself, and the hand-selected industry leaders in the Collective join when the work calls for their discipline.

Assessment

Four to six weeks · fixed scope

Who it is for
A CIO, CDO or CFO who suspects the data and AI investment is not paying back, and wants an honest read before committing further.
What happens
Executive interviews, a capability and spend review, a look at the analytics backlog and adoption data, and a scored inventory of AI use cases already running or proposed.
What you leave with
A written current-state read, a prioritised roadmap across three horizons, an investment case and a ninety-day plan. Delivered as an executive readout you can take straight to the board.

Advisory Retainer

Six to twelve months · monthly

Who it is for
A leader who doesn’t need a project, but does need someone in their corner who has held the seat before.
What happens
A standing monthly rhythm: a working session on whatever is live, governance council facilitation when it helps, vendor and platform evaluation, and board or executive preparation ahead of the meetings that matter.
What you leave with
Fewer surprises. Decisions made faster and defended better, and a bench that grows because the reasoning gets shared rather than just the answer.

Fractional Chief Data and AI Officer

Part-time, embedded · ongoing

Who it is for
A system that needs executive ownership of the data and AI agenda but is not ready for a full-time hire, or is bridging a vacancy without losing a year.
What happens
Doug carries the role: setting strategy, chairing governance, owning the roadmap, representing data and AI to the executive team and the board, and leading the analytics function day to day.
What you leave with
A functioning capability and, when the time comes, a role defined well enough to hire into, with a successor who has been coached rather than dropped in cold.

Executive Workshop

Half-day to two days · leadership or board

Who it is for
An executive team or board that keeps circling the same AI questions without landing them.
What happens
A structured working session built around your actual decisions, not a generic curriculum. Where AI could pay back first, what governance you owe your patients and regulators, and who owns what afterwards.
What you leave with
Decisions, named owners and dates. Alignment is the by-product, not the goal.

Practitioner Workshop

One to three days · hands-on

Who it is for
The people who will still be running this long after the engagement ends: engineers, analysts, data stewards and governance leads.
What happens
The real mechanics: running an intake people use, tiering AI risk defensibly, writing a metric definition that holds. Plus the AI tools that take the grind out of the work itself, taught with your own material.
What you leave with
Your own templates, filled with your own examples, and a team that repeats the method without calling anyone.

Personal AI Coaching

One-on-one · by the session

Who it is for
You, not your organization. An executive, a clinician or anyone who senses AI should be saving them hours and is not sure where to start.
What happens
Sessions built around your actual week. Which tools earn their place, how to prompt for work you would sign your name to, where the real hours hide, and the habits that survive a busy month.
What you leave with
A handful of workflows you genuinely use, and enough judgement to evaluate the next tool yourself. Built from how Doug actually works.

Not sure which one fits?

That is a good reason to talk. Thirty minutes, no agenda required.
